Take your time with this exercise, allow yourself to feel deeply into the LOVE you have within you. Acknowledge this place, fill yourself up. Call upon the Great, Eternal Mother, Mother Mary, ask her to show you what LOVE is.

Allow her to guide you to your heart centre, open your heart chamber, release any old thoughts, behaviour that have kept you seperate from LOVE.

Allow the tears to flow, for there will be many, perhaps lifetimes.
